Brooke DiPalma, a Senior Reporter for Yahoo Finance, recently took on an undercover role at a McDonald's franchise in Times Square, New York. During her shift, she gained firsthand experience in the fast-food industry by learning how to prepare some of the chain's most popular menu items.
