      Kentucky American Water to Upgrade Water Infrastructure in Lisa Drive Area of Lexington with $1.4 Million Investment

      LEXINGTON, Ky., March 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Kentucky American Water is investing approximately $1.4 million to upgrade critical water infrastructure in Lexington on Lisa Court, from the start of Lisa Court to the end of Lisa Drive, and Allen Drive, from Lisa Court to Judy Lane. This project will also include Faye Circle, Carla Court, Mona Court and Lisa Circle. The company is replacing approximately a half mile of aging water main to help ensure continued reliability, water quality and fire protection for customers. The project will replace 3,300 feet of 2-inch, 6-inch and 8-inch water main that was installed in the 1960s with new 6-inch and 8‑inch ductile iron main.
