US Oil and Gas Rig Counts Increase in Latest Report

The number of active oil rigs in the United States has risen by one, bringing the total to 450, according to the latest report from Baker Hughes. This increase reflects ongoing activity in the oil sector as companies continue to explore and develop new resources.

In addition to the oil rig count, the number of active gas rigs has also seen a rise, increasing by two to reach a total of 132. This uptick in both oil and gas rig counts contributes to a combined total of 591 active rigs across the country, indicating a robust energy sector amid fluctuating market conditions.
