      Chemed Corporation Secures $450 Million Credit Agreement

      Chemed Corporation has finalized a five-year Amended and Restated Credit Agreement valued at $450 million. The agreement is part of the company's ongoing efforts to enhance its financial flexibility and support its operational needs.

      JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. served as the Administrative Agent, Joint Lead Arranger, and Joint Bookrunner for the transaction. Bank of America, N.A. also played a significant role as Joint Lead Arranger and Joint Bookrunner, while PNC N.A. and U.S. Bank N.A. acted as Co-Documentation Agents.

      This new credit facility is expected to provide Chemed with the necessary capital to pursue its strategic initiatives and continue its growth trajectory in the healthcare sector.
